Felipe Linhares

Felipe is an Engineer with professional experience in Intelectual Property since 2010, acting in the areas of Patents, Utility Models and Industrial Designs, having also a great knowledge of the examination guidelines and Brazilian Patent Law. Through these years of experience, Felipe has dealt with different types of inventions in several technical fields. His experience includes drafting patent applications, preparing search reports, analysis of patentability and infringement opinions. He also has experience in drafting responses to office actions and appeals against rejection decisions. He has a Master degree in intellectual property, technology transfer and innovation and his thesis focused on the protection of industry innovations by means of patents.
