We believe this success is a testament to our continued investment in the highest legal, technical and commercial expertise, allowing us to guide our clients through the various challenges their products or services face in Brazil and across Latin America.

It is with great emotion that we announce our recognition as Outstanding Firm for Diversity & Inclusion (Brazil) by Chambers Diversity & Inclusion. We have been working hard on our firm’s diversity and inclusion project – the Daniel Plural Program – and are proud to have shown initiative on these issues in Brazil.

In its IP Stars Handbook, Managing Intellectual Property chose Daniel as one of the best Brazilian offices in litigation and processing of trademarks and patents. In addition, partner and general counsel André Oliveira was appointed as one of the leading IP practitioners in the country.

A study by Intellectual Asset Management stressed Daniel’s role in different industries, demonstrating the firm’s comprehensive knowledge in diverse areas. The ranking also considered Daniel’s investments in technology, the office being the first to implement service level agreements for their clients in Brazil.

Partners Daniel André Oliveira and Robert Daniel-Shores were referenced in The Legal 500, one of the world’s leading law firm rankings. The publication referred to the office’s growth in the areas of contracts, combating piracy and patent litigation, citing recent successful cases.

Daniel was elected one of the most important offices in the Brazil edition for Latin America Chambers & Partners, the most comprehensive ranking in the world. The research described Daniel as an office that fully covers all areas of IP and highlighted its expertise in patents and trademarks.

Ranked in seven categories of Leaders League, one of the most renowned law rankings worldwide, Daniel was rated as ‘Excellent’ in Trademark Litigation and Prosecution; Patent Litigation and Prosecution and Fashion Law; and rated as ‘Highly Recommended’ in Data Protection and Copyright.
