Rafael is a mechanical engineer, working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2019, when he joined Daniel Law as an intern.

In his career, he had the opportunity to advise small local companies and large multinationals on the best courses of action to ensure the proper protection for their assets in Brazil and abroad. Among his activities, he acted as counselor for subjects related to patent prosecution and technical analysis of invention patent applications, utility models and industrial designs. In addition, he worked drafting patent applications, performing patentability and FTO searches, and acted as a technical assistant in patent infringement and nullity matters.
