Nelsa Barroso

Nelsa has been working in the trademark area since 2002 and at Daniel Law since 2012, acting in trademark procedures before the Brazilian PTO, having also developed HUB activities. She currently works in the trademark administrative litigation sector, in the preparation of risk analyses regarding the registrability of trademarks, in the preparation of opinions on the chances of success, in the preparation and filing of administrative measures before the BPTO, such as opposition, PANs, appeals, demonstrations, counterarguments and other procedures necessary for the defense of trademark rights before this autarchy.
