Leonardo is a Partner based in Rio de Janeiro at Daniel Law, working with Patent Litigation and Arbitration. He has experience in patents, civil, commercial and public laws, with emphasis in civil liability, contracts, consumer complaints, real estate, patent disputes and recovery of credits, representing financial institutions and companies in energy, oil and gas, real estate, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors.
His work includes litigation before State, Federal and Superior Courts as well as arbitration procedures before national and international institutions.
Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio, 2016), with the dissertation “A Critical Analysiys of the disregard of corporate entity procedure” (“Uma Análise Crítica do Incidente de Desconsideração da Personalidade Jurídica”).
