Isabella Cardozo, a partner at Daniel Law since 2005, has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1998, with a special focus on trademarks. She manages portfolios for renowned clients in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, publications, and apparel. Her experience includes conducting meetings and lectures in Brazil, the United States, and Europe, sharing relevant insights about the Brazilian market and Intellectual Property.

• Involvement in judicial and extrajudicial cases related to trademark infringements.
• Active participation in due diligence processes, registration viability assessment, and strategic planning in Intellectual Property.
• Advocacy for clients' interests before the INPI, including oppositions, administrative nullities, appeals, and submissions.
Isabella leads the Daniel Plural Program for Diversity and Inclusion, representing the office in D&I initiatives within intellectual property associations. As the Coordinator of the Diversity Committee at ABPI, she is part of INTA's Women Leadership Project and participated in the INTA DEI Presidential Task Force, which resulted in the development of a DEI strategy for INTA.
