Elaine is a telecommunication engineer who graduated from Fluminense Federal University (UFF), working in the intellectual property area since 2020.

In her career, she worked for a large telecommunications service provider in the area of transmission planning in the national backbone and worked in a technology startup, where she assisted in the planning and execution of transmission link budget software for telecommunications operators. In the area of patents, she works both in the processing, where she performs the preparation of responses to issued demands and searches for prior arts, and in the litigation area, as a technical assistant in lawsuits of infringement and nullity of patents.
