Dário is an attorney working in the field of combating crimes against Intellectual Property, since 2016. Among his duties and characteristics, we highlight the drafting Criminal Complaint and Cease and Desist Letters to trigger polices inquiries and alert infringer of possible criminal measures enforcement; follow-up of police investigations and customs procedures, organization and following of police operations (searches and seizures of counterfeit products); relationship with Police Departments, including the Federal Revenue; conducting training courses to authorities in the fight against counterfeiting; identification of infringer’s personal information and business information; online monitoring of announces that infringe on brand rights in e-commerces; and investigative services satisfying the client needs to obtain success in the legal measures adopted for the resolution of each case.
