Bruno Alves
Patent Specialist
Bruno is a Mechanical Engineer graduated from UFF, currently studying Law at IBMEC-RJ and working as a Patent Engineer. He has extensive experience in the administrative procedure for patent granting, with knowledge of the Industrial Property Law, Examination Guidelines, and corresponding Normative Instructions. Throughout his career, he has dealt with various types of inventions in the most diverse technical fields.
His experience includes preparing responses to technical opinions and refusals, making voluntary amendments, conducting infringement and patentability analyses, preparing reports on prior art searches, and drafting patent applications. In addition, he has experience in legal disputes, where he worked in partnership with the patent litigation team and even completed the Judicial Expertise Course in Industrial Property of the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI).
Bruno began his journey in Industrial Property in 2018.
