Antonio Curvello is a partner at Daniel Law and leads the firm’s Transactions Department.
He has advised clients in intellectual property, technology, corporate, and business transactions since 2009, assisting foreign startups, emerging growth companies, and multinational corporations seeking to enter or expand their operations in Brazil.
Antonio’s practice encompasses the commercialization, licensing monetization, and protection of a broad range of intangible assets, including intellectual property, data, copyright, and name, image, and likeness (NIL) rights. He regularly advises on the negotiation and structuring of complex commercial agreements, such as joint ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships, distribution and agency contracts, franchise agreements, service agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and a variety of IT and digital platform contracts (including SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS models).
He also has substantial experience advising on venture capital and private equity transactions, particularly those involving technology-driven and innovation-focused businesses.
In addition, Antonio assists clients with consumer protection, advertising, and regulatory compliance, providing comprehensive support to navigate Brazil’s complex business environment.
