Antonio Curvello has been working with intellectual property since 2009 and became a partner at Daniel Law in 2017.
In charge for the Licensing and Commercial Transactions Department, his experience includes the monetization and commercialization of all intellectual property assets, as well as the negotiation of all types of commercial agreements, including IT contracts (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
With an emphasis on technology transfer and IP licensing, franchising, agency and distribution, he has also worked in several R&D projects between private companies and in public-private partnerships.
Antonio has extensive experience in software development, registration and licensing, and also handles copyright protection and registration.
