Anselmo is a mechanical engineer, with a specialization in product development and is a law degree student. He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2008, having built his career working in the most relevant Intellectual Property Firms of Brazil.
In his career, he had the opportunity to advise from small local companies to large multinationals in the protection of inventions and industrial designs, and also worked on the development and implementation of strategic measures to warranty the possibility of commercial use and protection of intellectual property assets, by rendering technical opinions reports, drafting patent applications, acting as a technical assistant in infringement, nullity, and unfair competition lawsuits, and also preparing responses to office actions issued during patent and industrial design prosecution, in Brazil and abroad.
