OUR TEAM

Anselmo is a mechanical engineer, with a specialisation in product development. He is also a current law student and has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2008, having built his career working in the most relevant Intellectual Property Firms of Brazil.
During his career, he had the opportunity to advise clients ranging from small local companies to large multinationals in the protection of inventions and industrial designs. He also worked on the development and implementation of strategic measures to enable the commercial use and protection of intellectual property assets, by rendering technical opinions, drafting patent applications, acting as a technical assistant in infringement, nullity, and unfair competition lawsuits.
Anselmo also prepared responses to office actions issued during patent and industrial design prosecution in Brazil and abroad.
