Carolina Schueler


Carolina has been working in Intellectual Property since 2009 and became a partner at Daniel in 2020.

She is experienced in providing strategic advice to national and foreign clients for the protection of their intellectual property assets in Brazil. She also has solid experience in licensing and technology transfer contracts and has already been determined as a Rising Star in the ranking provided by Managing IP.

Before joining Daniel, Carolina worked in renowned intellectual property offices, advising clients from different areas, especially in the luxury, energy and food markets. In addition, she advised international associations and committees in the defense of geographical references.
