{"id":141538,"date":"2022-05-03T15:59:44","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T18:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.daniel-ip.com\/?p=141538"},"modified":"2023-02-03T17:13:45","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T20:13:45","slug":"pph-requests-reached-over-half-the-annual-threshold-by-abril-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.daniel-ip.com\/en\/articles\/pph-requests-reached-over-half-the-annual-threshold-by-abril-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"PPH requests reached over half the annual threshold by Abril 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With a limit of 800 participation requests per annual cycle, the PPH Program had already reached more than half of this threshold by April of this year.<\/p>\n<p>According to new Brazilian PTO Ordinance #13\/2022, among others, the conditions to request participation into this program are:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 01 requirement\/week per Applicant<br \/>\n\u2022 150 requirements\/year per IP classification<br \/>\n\u2022 100 requirements\/year based on the PCT patentability report<br \/>\n\u2022 800 total requirements\/year<\/p>\n<p>According to the Brazilian PTO\u2019s database, 434 PPH requests were submitted before the Brazilian PTO so far, including 34 requests based on PCT patentability report.
