Hannah has been working with intellectual property since 2005 and joined Daniel Legal & IP Strategy as a partner and head of the contracts department in 2013. Her experience covers all aspects of intellectual property with particular emphasis on contracts and transactions involving franchising, technology transfer, trademarks, copyright, industrial design, patents, research and development, and plant varieties. She also handles the analysis and drafting of commercial agreements and related transactions, such as agency and distribution. She is also experienced in copyright protection and software registration.
