Fernando Casares


Fernando has been working with Intellectual Property and criminal law since 2009 and joined Daniel Legal & IP Strategy as an attorney in the criminal litigation department in 2015. His expertise covers all aspects of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on criminal litigation involving trademarks, copyright, software, designs, patents, domain names and unfair competition. Fernando also handles customs enforcement matters and develops and manages market surveys, investigations and intelligence work related to IP infringement and brand protection.
