Fernanda Vieira


Fernanda specializes in intellectual property and entertainment law, with focus on trademark consultancy and prosecution, unfair competition, copyrights and enforcement measures. She has experience in advising clients from different market segments regarding the protection of IP assets in Brazil, including risk assessment, due diligence, as well as in negotiating and drafting coexistence agreements and contracts related to the transference of intellectual property rights.

Before joining Daniel, Fernanda acquired experience at renowned intellectual property law firms and at Brazil’s largest telecommunications and entertainment company. Fernanda also acquired international experience during her academic studies in the U.S., which resulted in her LL.M. degree from The George Washington University, with emphasis on intellectual property and entertainment law.
