André Ferreira de Oliveira


Andre is an attorney-at-law and industrial property agent and has been working with Intellectual Property since 1998. Following a 13-year stint with another intellectual property law firm, Andre became a partner at Daniel Law in 2011 and has been managing the litigation department of the firm since then.

His expertise covers all aspects of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on civil litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyright, industrial designs, IT law and unfair competition. Andre is also specialized in trademark processing at the BPTO and manages clients’ IP rights portfolios, with the emphasis on providing strategic counseling in relation to the launch, development and expansion of their business in Brazil.
