Vladia has been a lawyer since 1975 and is a registered industrial property agent. She was born in Prague, Czech Republic, has worked in Intellectual Property for 40 years, and graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. She was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association and is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Licensing Executives Society (LES), the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI), the International League of Competition Law (LIDC), the Brazilian Industrial Property Agents Association (ABAPI), the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association (ASPI), and the Advisory Council of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology Law and Telecommunications (ABDTIC).
