Vanessa Ferro

Partner in the Business Transactions practice, Vanessa handles matters related to business contracts, licensing, and technology transfer agreements, including franchising, in addition to technical cooperation agreements, R&D, among others in the most diverse segments. She has solid experience in cutting-edge issues involving technology, software, privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence, copyright, trademarks, as well as administrative and court proceedings involving infringement of intellectual property rights. She has participated in due diligences in important global corporate transactions. Speaker and guest professor at some renowned institutions such as Fordham Law School, Vanessa is the author of the book “The artistic works generated by artificial intelligence” and of several articles in her area of expertise.
