Senior lawyer with over 30 years of experience in Intellectual Property, focusing on contracts, legal consulting, implementation and management of administrative processes, and coordination of technology innovation projects, acting in the oil and gas, automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical, health, food, insurance, electronics, telecom, technology, artificial intelligence sectors, among others.

With technical expertise and strategic vision, she has been acting in the legal consulting of contracts covering intellectual property rights and in the coordination of technology innovation projects, seeking the protection and enhancement of intellectual property assets and integration of legal solutions into the management of technological innovation, through planning and proposing actions to clients that enable tax benefits, access to financing lines, and strengthening competitiveness in the market.

Leads negotiations, drafting, and execution of contracts involving technology transfer (know-how), licensing of trademarks, patents and softwares, franchises, technical assistance services, copyright, and technological co-development.
Responsible for the registration and recordal processes of technology agreements and softwares before the Brazilian Patent & Trademark Office (INPI), and for the registration of copyrighted works before the respective official institutions, ensuring legal security and efficiency in managing deadlines and administrative procedures.
Experience in customer retention and prospecting new clients, through mastery and exploration of up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
