She has solid experience in trademark advisory and prosecution matters, including strategy development, portfolio management, and handling proceedings before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BPTO). She also has experience in representing clients’ interests in judicial disputes involving intellectual property — particularly trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and copyrights — as well as unfair competition and digital law.
Before joining Daniel, she acquired experience in renowned offices specialized in intelectual property. Currently focuses on legal advisory and consultancy services, offering strategic solutions for trademark protection and management.
