OUR TEAM

Lawyer graduated from São Paulo State University (UNESP), with a practice focused on Civil and Corporate Advisory Law. I provide strategic legal support to companies, particularly in the structuring and negotiation of contracts, risk assessment in business dealings, and legal assistance in commercial transactions — including partnerships, supply agreements, service provision, investments, and corporate reorganizations. I also advise on contractual matters involving intellectual property, such as licensing and assignment of rights, technology transfer, and protection of intangible assets.

I am currently pursuing an LLM in Civil Law at the University of São Paulo (USP), with a focus on contracts, obligations, and civil liability. I am a member of the Digital Law Commission of the Franca Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), where I contribute to discussions on the legal impacts of technology and data protection.

Throughout my academic career, I have been involved in extension projects and scientific research, which provided me with a strong technical foundation and a critical perspective for addressing contemporary legal challenges. I work with ethics, dedication, and close attention to the specific needs of each client, offering tailored legal solutions for the business sector.
