Lívia started working in the Intellectual Property field in 2010 and worked at Daniel law from 2012 to early 2017, having rejoined Daniel Law as a Partner in 2018. She has focused on Advice and Negotiations related to Trademark issues, Unlawful Competition Analysis and Advice, Trademark, Copyright, Domain Name and Trade name infringements, Drafting and Reviewing Coexistence Agreements, Commercial Investigations and other strategic enforcement measures, Full Trademark Availability Search and Legal Opinion, Trademark Proceedings, Trademark Registration and Auditing Trademark portfolios.
