She has a strong track record in representing clients before the courts, assisting with strategic definition, filing appeals, as well as oral arguments.
In the advisory area, her practice involves reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, drafting legal opinions and providing general legal advice to domestic and foreign clients.
Represents clients from various sectors, including pre-litigation matters for litigation prevention. Author of articles on topics involving Civil Procedure Law and Intellectual Property.
