Lawyer in the field of Patent Litigation, with extensive experience in complex litigation involving intellectual property issues, such patent and trademarks infringement and nullity lawsuits, and others related to unfair competition, trade dress, software and copyright, for clients from a wide range of sectors.
Isabel has over fifteen years' experience in the areas of civil and corporate litigation, in cases involving contractual matters, obligations, civil liability and administrative law, for medium and large companies. She has a strong track record in representing clients before the courts, assisting with strategic definition, filing appeals, as well as oral arguments.
In the advisory area, her practice involves reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, drafting legal opinions and providing general legal advice to domestic and foreign clients.
Represents clients from various sectors, including pre-litigation matters for litigation prevention. Author of articles on topics involving Civil Procedure Law and Intellectual Property.
