Guilherme has been working with intellectual property since 2015, when joined Daniel Law. He is a member of Daniel’s Licensing and Business Transactions Department and is experienced in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements. Also handles cases involving technology transfer, intellectual property rights licensing, such as trademarks, patents and industrial designs, and franchising. His experience also covers copyright protection and software registration.
