Fernanda specialises in intellectual property and entertainment law, and provides strategic advice in relation to trademarks, unfair competition, copyright and enforcement measures against infringers. She has experience in advising clients from different market segments on the protection of IP assets in Brazil, including performing risk assessment analysis, due diligence, as well as in the negotiation and preparation of co-existence agreements and contracts related to the transfer of IP rights.
Before joining Daniel, Fernanda acquired experience in renowned offices specialised in intellectual property and in the largest telecommunications and entertainment company in Brazil. Fernanda also acquired international work experience during her time in the United States, when she completed an LL.M. at the George Washington University School of Law, with an emphasis on intellectual property and entertainment law.
