OUR TEAM

Alicia has devoted her law practice to the representation of global companies and entrepreneurs, guiding them from the initial protection of their “light-bulb” idea to the implementation, policing and defense of their intellectual property in Brazil.
With more than 30 years of IP legal experience, Alicia held key positions in different areas of Daniel Law before assuming leadership of the firm in 2005. Following in the footsteps of her distinguished father, Denis Daniel, Alicia is passionate about creating client partnerships that promote innovation and growth.
Alicia received her degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro and was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in 1987.
